Privacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026
Next Lifetime Ventures LLC ("we") makes apps for phones and watches. We collect as little as we can. This policy covers the company: this website, our support email, and the musicians and referral partners we pay. Each app also has its own policy, which says exactly what that app keeps and sends:
What we collect
- When you email us: your email address and what you write, to answer you.
- App users: our apps have no accounts or advertising. Subscriptions are bought through Google Play or the App Store; we are only told whether a subscription is active, never your name or card.
- Musicians and referral partners (invited only): name, email address, the music you send, your play and referral totals, and records of what we have paid you. To pay you, Stripe collects your bank or debit details, identity and tax information directly; we receive only your Stripe account status and payment records, not your bank or tax numbers.
- This website: no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Like any website, the host (GitHub Pages) receives your internet address when you visit. When you scan a QiTone QR code, we count the scan: the day, the kind of phone (Android, iPhone or computer) and which code it was. No cookie is set and nothing that identifies you is kept.
How we use it
Only to run our apps, answer you, credit and pay musicians and partners, keep accounting and tax records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with, and how
Only service providers that run parts of our business for us, each under its own privacy and security terms, and only what they need:
- Google (Firebase and Google Cloud): hosting our servers, storage and sign-in.
- Stripe: paying musicians and partners, including identity checks and tax forms (1099s).
- Resend: sending our emails, such as sign-in links.
- Google Play and Apple: app distribution and subscriptions.
Information is passed to them over encrypted connections through their own systems. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How we keep it safe
Information is stored with Google Cloud and Stripe, which encrypt it in storage and in transit. Access is limited to the company's owner, through accounts protected by sign-in checks; our servers check every request before showing or changing anything. Bank and tax details are held by Stripe, not by us.
How long we keep it
Support emails for as long as needed to help you. Musician and partner records for as long as you work with us, and payment records for as long as tax law requires (generally seven years).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Musicians and partners can close their account the same way; payment records we must keep for tax purposes are kept, but nothing else.
Children
We do not target children under the age of 13 and do not knowingly collect their personal information.
