Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
These terms apply when you use an app or website made by Next Lifetime Ventures LLC ("we"), including QiTone, Qi Clock and Sketchitations. By using them you agree to these terms.
Using our apps
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use our apps on your own devices, for your own use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse them, or use them to break the law.
Subscriptions
Some features need a subscription, bought through Google Play or the App Store. Prices are shown before you buy. A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until you cancel in your Google Play or App Store settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period paid for. Payments and refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their own terms.
Health
Our apps are for relaxation, mindfulness, wellness and education. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical care. Do not listen to relaxation sessions while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
Our content
The apps, their music, tones, text and design belong to Next Lifetime Ventures LLC or to the musicians who license their music to us. You may listen to and share content only in the ways the apps provide.
Musicians and referral partners
Musicians and referral partners take part by invitation. How plays and referrals are counted and paid is set out in the portal at qitone.web.app and in any agreement we make with you; payments are made by Next Lifetime Ventures LLC through Stripe, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
Sketchitations online play
Online play in Sketchitations is for ages 13 and up. Be kind: don't use names, phrases or drawings to harass anyone, share contact details, or post anything sexual, hateful or illegal. Players can block and report each other, and we may remove anyone who breaks these rules or is blocked by many players, including from the device they used. You keep what you write and draw; you let us show it to the other players in that game and store it as our privacy policy describes.
The Sketchitations plugin for ChatGPT is covered by these terms too, alongside OpenAI’s own terms for ChatGPT.
No warranty, and limits
Our apps are provided "as is". We work to keep them running well but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date; continuing to use our apps after that means you accept it.
