Subscriptions, charges and refunds
Subscriptions and purchases in our apps are made through Google Play or the App Store, which take the payment. To cancel, open your Google Play or App Store subscriptions and cancel there; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies:
- Google Play: request a refund
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
We never see your card details, so we cannot charge or refund a card ourselves. If something about a charge looks wrong, email us and we will help.
Musicians and referral partners
If you make music for QiTone or refer people to it, your account, plays and pay are in the portal at qitone.web.app. Pay is sent by Next Lifetime Ventures LLC through Stripe; questions about a payment can go to the email above.
Your data
To delete your data or ask what we hold, see each app's privacy policy, our company privacy policy, or email us.
