Delete your QiTone data
QiTone has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Everything personal you put into the app is stored only on your own phone, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
Delete everything on your phone
- Uninstall QiTone. This removes your birth details, playlists, settings and session history.
- Or, to keep the app: on Android open Settings → Apps → QiTone → Storage → Clear storage; on iPhone, delete the app and install it again.
- To remove just your birth details: in the app, open You and choose Remove beside your birth details.
If your phone's own backup (Google or Apple) is turned on, it may hold a copy of these settings. That backup belongs to your Google or Apple account and can be deleted there.
Stop sharing play counts
The app sends anonymous totals only: which piece of music was played and how often, and which kind of session was started. They carry no name, email address, device identifier or location, so they cannot be traced back to you or deleted for you, because nothing links them to you. To stop sending them, open You in the app and turn off Share play counts.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are handled by Google Play or the App Store under your account there; we never receive your name or card. Manage or cancel them in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Musicians
If you make music for QiTone and want your musician account removed, email dev@nextlifetimeventuresllc.com from the address you sign in with. We will delete your account and email address within 30 days. Records of payments already made are kept as long as the law requires.
